I started out writing this in the 3rd person but it felt really silly so I’m going to just write it as myself!

Hi, my name is Jen and I am the trainer here at Dog Training for Everyone! I have been training dogs for over 10 years, starting as a kid training my families German Shepherds to do ridiculous tricks, I developed what can only be called an unhealthy obsession with dogs that has continued to grow since then!

While there is no formal education system or qualifications for dog training within Australia, I have continued to educate myself through out my life as a dog trainer, and have no plans of stopping!

Qualified through NDTF (National Dog Trainers Federation)
Qualified through Vicki Austins Puppy Instructors Course
On going education through FDSA (Fenzi Dog Sports Academy)
On going education through Leerburg University
On going education through Micheal Ellis School for Dog Trainers
Attended regular seminars (now online thanks to Covid19) from amazing trainers such as Denise Fenzi, Shade Whitesel, Ken Ramirez, and more!

But learning doesn’t mean a whole lot, unless you put it into action! Real life experience is the most important part of training dogs in my opinion, and I do my best to get as much experience as possible in every avenue of dog training.

Competing successfully in a variety of Dog Sports from IGP, ANKC Obedience and ANKC Rally O.
Trained dogs for Movies, Tv Shows and advertisements such as Cleverman on ABC
Trained active Assistance and Therapy Dogs
Worked in every dog profession around, from kennel hand, groomer, doggy day care attendant, board and train dog trainer.

Now I could go on and on listing accomplishments and expeirence, but nobody wants to read all that (except maybe my mum!) and I certainly dont want to write it. I am a skilled and experienced trainer that is here to help you and your dog build a wonderful relationship.
